The 39th Annual Snowshoe Shuffle 5k Run and Walk

Join in the fun of the Snowshoe Shuffle race on the first Saturday of August. Snowshoes are not necessary, as this race is actually named after Snowshoe Mountain. This run and walk is for all ages and abilities. This race is an out and back course, starting at Basham park and going up East Willow. Most of this race is on dirt roads.

All participants will receive a shirt, post race snacks, and will be entered into the door prize drawings for prizes donated by local merchants. We typically see between 75-100 racers.

Race day registration: 8 am in Basham Park
Entry Fee:
$25 - must be received by Aug 1st
$30 - race day
Groups of 5 or more discounted $5 per participant - valid only for pre-registration

Every year, for nearly 40 years, proceeds from the event have been donated to Mineral County emergency services on a rotating basis to include emergency medical services, search and rescue, and fire department.
